DOWNTOWN  BURGER

Angus beef patty layered with crumbled blue cheese, smoky bacon, crispy fried onions and white cheddar cheese.
Served on a grilled Kaiser roll and topped with homemade blue cheese dressing.  A side of romaine lettuce and sliced roma tomatoes finish this burger.

THE PITTSBURGHER

Tradition at its finest. Angus beef patty topped with American cheese, red onion, romaine and roma tomatoes.
Finished with Heinz® ketchup.

TAVERN HAMBURGUESA

Mexican spices season this Angus beef patty while homemade guacamole and chipotle mayo top it.  Layered with Colby jack cheese, shredded romaine and roma tomatoes.Pico de gallo on the side. Ay Carumba!

SMOKIN’ CHICKEN

Grilled chicken breast paired with smoky bacon and topped with American cheese, fried onions and homemade ranch dressing.
A little romaine lettuce and roma tomatoes are along for the ride.

CAPRESE CHICKEN

A twist on the Caprese salad.  Grilled chicken breast finished off in the oven with fresh mozzarella, basil, and sliced tomatoes.
Served open faced on ciabatta bread with a splash of balsamic reduction and a roasted red bell pepper pesto spread.

TWO  CHEESE GRILL

Updated grilled cheese sandwich.  Layers of American and cheddar cheese nestled with roma tomatoes on grilled sourdough.
Choose to jazz it up with smoky bacon for $1more.

CHIP’S  CLASSIC REUBEN

Classic reuben on grilled marbled rye bread.  Corned beef is thinly sliced, topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and homemade Russian dressing. Get crazy and make this a wrap on a whole wheat tortilla.

Sliced turkey breast, fresh avocado, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and smoky bacon fill a whole wheat tortilla.
